Mayne Island - Saturday
We got to the island on Friday night, and we met up with Ruth and my friends Bill and Carmela and Russ and Theresa and their boy Liam. On Saturday we all went for a boat trip to nearby Georgeson Island.

The Arbutus tree is a common sight in the Gulf Islands.
This photo was taken from Georgeson Island. You can see Campbell Point on Mayne Island, which is where we scattered Mom's ashes.
Liam got a little rambunctious on the return trip and decided he was going to have a swim.
